			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>New Latin Mass Announced in Syracuse Diocese</strong></p>
<p>Beginning October 3, 2010, the Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form) will be offered each Sunday at 8:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Verona N.Y., by Fr. Edmund Castronovo, pastor.</p>
<p>Verona is located at Exit #34 of the NYS Thruway, and the church is on Main Street, opposite the elementary school.</p>
<p>For many years, Fr. Castronovo was celebrant for the Solemn High Mass at the Auriesville Pilgrimage for Restoration.  He has also assisted at the diocese&#8217;s eastern regional Latin Mass in Utica, the future of which is uncertain at this time.</p>
