The Traditional Mass Returns to Charleston

Prince of Peace in Taylors, SC will host the Traditional Latin Mass twice a 
month beginning on Easter Sunday, April 11, 2004. The Traditional Latin Mass 
will be offered on the Second and Third Sunday of each month. Father Steven 
Brovey, V.F., Director of Worship and Prayer for the Diocese of Charleston, and 
Father Robert Fromageot, FSSP, Atlanta, will split duties on consecutive 
Sundays. The Mass time will be either 5:30 or 6 p.m., and is being finalized.

Also, Stella Maris parish in Sullivans Island, SC, since the beginning of Lent, 
is hosting the Traditional Latin Mass every Sunday on a fullt-time basis at 5:30 
p.m. Msgr. Lawrence McInerny, JCL, pastor of Stella Maris, also offers the 
Traditional Latin Mass on First Fridays each month at 4 p.m.
